Born and raised in a small town 40 minutes outside of Naples, Luigi is as Italian as they come, and his tiramisu demonstrates an ideal of the perfection that is Italian cuisine.
At the age of 26, Luigi relocated his Italian roots to The States, where he has resided ever since. He has been in the restaurant business for the majority of his life, being the former owner of Ciao Luigi in Flemington, NJ.
Now a resident and citizen of the US for 20 years and married with two lively boys, Luigi has decided to market his family’s traditional and authentic Italian tiramisu, a recipe that has been handed down for generations.
